This lot's overall appearance is Excellent. This piece was evaluated under a black light. Small hole in center of painting roughly 1/8" x 1/8" round. Two small areas of overpaint on top left and right of right middle building. The left is 1/2" x 1/2" and the right is 1 1/2" x 1".
