SHIPPING
If you are THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER and shipping your items out of state, you may or may not have to pay tax for your state. After the auction, if you are the winning bidder you will be emailed the link to our Shipping Form to fill out (as soon as possible). The form requires a credit card. In addition to the $100 per lot deposit included on your invoice for shipping, your card will be charged and you will receive an updated invoice for any charges over and above the deposit for the cost of shipping (including the box(es), carrier fees and $50 handling per lot).

IMPORTANT: If you choose to coordinate shipping through a third party shipping company or pickup your items from the auction we are required by Arizona State law to charge Arizona sales tax on this transaction AND our insurance will not cover the shipment.

Joe Beeler (1931–2006) is recognized as one of the foremost painters of the American West and was a founding member of the Cowboy Artists of America, an organization established in 1965 to preserve and promote authentic Western art. Renowned for his firsthand knowledge of ranch life and his commitment to historical accuracy, Beeler's paintings capture the rugged character, traditions, and daily experiences of the working cowboy. His work is celebrated for its strong draftsmanship, dynamic compositions, and ability to convey both the physical demands and enduring spirit of the American frontier.
 
Painted in 1968, Headin Her Off exemplifies Beeler's mastery of action and storytelling. The composition captures a decisive moment of skilled horsemanship as a cowboy maneuvers to separate and control his livestock, illustrating the strength, precision, and partnership between horse and rider that defined life on the range. Executed with confident brushwork and a keen understanding of Western subjects, the painting reflects the authenticity that established Beeler as one of the most respected voices in Western art. Acquired directly from the artist and remaining in its original condition, this work offers collectors an exceptional example from an important period in Beeler's distinguished career.
